Martha Healy

Martha Healy is a Glasgow-born singer-songwriter now living in Stirlingshire, blending Americana, folk and country influences shaped by The Eagles, Bruce Springsteen and The Dubliners. She released her debut album Better Days in 2014 and recorded her critically acclaimed follow-up Keep The Flame Alight in Nashville in 2018, which entered the iTunes Country chart at No.11. She has performed at the Glasgow Americana Festival, Southern Fried Festival and Celtic Connections, drawing comparisons to Nanci Griffith and Lori McKenna. Martha brings the warm, rootsy side of Scottish music to ROCK.SCOT.
